Порядок действий

Mix the egg with flour, sugar and milk until it achieves a mixture without lumps and being thick. Then add the properly washed blueberries.
Take a non-stick pan, heat and slightly grease it. Put a spoonful of dough, making pancakes of the size you want.
When there start to appear small bubbles on the surface, it signifies that the pancakes should quickly be turned over. Leave them cooking from the other side until they are golden brown. Repeat it until the complete dough is finished.
