Порядок действий

Preheat oven to 100 degrees C (200 F). Line 2 large baking trays with baking paper. Slice the apples as thin as possible. In a medium bowl, toss them with cinnamon.  Place them on the prepared baking sheets in a single layer. Cook for 2 to 3 hours, till they are dry. Store in airtight container for up to four days.
