  • 300 g potatoes
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 gherkins
  • 60 g mayonnaise
  • 120 g sour cream (30 % fat)
  • Nature Vegamix spice without salt
  • ground white pepper
  • pinch of sugar
  • couple of drops of lemon juice

Порядок действий

Peel the potatoes and dice them. Soak them in lukewarm water for 2 hours and discard the water. Boil them, ideally changing the water in between. These preparation steps help to reduce the potassium content of the potatoes. Boil the eggs, shell them and cut them up small too. Also cut the gherkins into small cubes. Mix the mayonnaise, sour cream and spices together well in a bowl, then add the prepared potatoes, boiled eggs and gherkins. Put everything in the fridge for a couple of hours to blend together well. Can be served as a garnish with roast or breaded meat, but it is also nutritious by itself.
